At Free International Calls Ltd, (“Mobu app and Mobu Service owner”) we take the privacy and security of our users seriously. We are committed to protecting the personal information you share with us and do not distribute this information to third parties or individuals without your advance permission or as required by law.
Information You Provide: The information you provide us helps us to improve the quality and utility of our site. The information generally falls into two categories: (1) information you supply when you download and activate the Mobu application, register a Mobu account, or sign up for a product or service offered by Mobu and (2) tracking information gathered as you use the Mobu application..
Information from Other Sources: We may obtain information about you from outside sources and add it to or combine it with your account information. We also may use commercially available demographic and marketing information from third parties to help us better serve you or inform you about products or services that we think will be of interest to you.
Mobu’s Use of Personal Information: We use personal information for billing purposes, to provide services or complete transactions you have requested, to anticipate and resolve problems with your services, and tell you about products or services from Mobu or others that better meet your needs. More specifically, Mobu may use e-mail, telemarketing, direct mail, and with your prior permission, wireless text messages, to inform you about products or services we think will interest you. In these communications you will have the option to unsubscribe or opt out of receiving these communications.
If you choose not to receive marketing or promotional information from us, you will continue to customer service-related and technical notifications, and other similar information via email, wireless text messages, or direct mail.
Information Disclosed to Third Parties: Information about our customers is one of our most important business assets, and therefore we strive to protect it and keep it confidential.
We disclose personal information to third parties under the following circumstances: (a) to complete a transaction you have requested; (b) to initiate, render, bill, and collect for services; (c) if it is necessary to comply with law (e.g., court orders, subpoenas, E911 information, etc.); (d) to enforce our subscriber agreements; (e) to protect the rights, property or safety of visitors to our site, our customers, other carriers, the public or Mobu; (f) to facilitate or verify the appropriate calculation of taxes, fees, or other obligations due to a local, state, or federal government; (g) if we reasonably believe that an emergency involving immediate danger of death or serious physical injury to any person requires disclosure of communications, or justifies disclosure of records, to a governmental entity without delay; or (h) when we otherwise have your explicit or implied consent to do so.
Any and all information may be used to improve the services of Mobu. Mobu reserves the right to utilize anonymous information for marketing purposes, including displaying or otherwise using your comments concerning the services and you agree you are not entitled to compensation for such use.
As our business grows, we may buy or sell various assets. If Mobu or some of its assets are acquired by another company, information about our customers and other visitors to this site would be among the transferred assets.
Security: The information we collect from our customers and visitors to our site is stored in databases we control. Physical access to the servers on which we store visitor information is restricted. We do not share your credit card information with anyone, except as may be necessary to process your transactions. To protect the privacy of your credit card number and other ordering information, we encrypt this information for transit over the Internet using a Secure Sockets Layer (SSL) connection. However, as effective as modern security practices are, no physical or electronic security system is impenetrable. We cannot guarantee the security of our database, nor can we guarantee that information you supply won’t be intercepted while being transmitted over the Internet.
Jurisdiction: The laws of the England, excluding its conflicts of law rules, govern this policy and your use of the application or service. You expressly agree that the courts in London, England have exclusive jurisdiction over any claim or dispute with Mobu or relating in any way to your use of the application or service. Your use may also be subject to other local, state, national, or international laws.

Welcome to Mobu, This is an agreement between Free International Calls App Ltd (the owner and operator of Mobu mobile applications, Mobu Service, software, Mobu website available at www.mobu-app.com, design, data, user input and associated services; thereinafter Mobu, Mobu app, The Service or The Software) and you (a user of the Service). By using Mobu service, you acknowledge AND AGREE with this End User License Agreement (EULA) and Mobu Private Policy. If you choose to not agree with any of these, do not install the app and do not use the Service. This agreement does not replace any agreement required by Apple, Google and any others in order to download and use the app from their respective stores.
Mobu is not a replacement for your primary telephone service and does not provide access to emergency services.
